Title: Account Executive
Department: Ticket Sales and Servicing
Basic Function
Portland Pirates Account Executives are responsible for the sale and servicing
of ticket products.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Solicit, sell and service new and current customers and accounts
- Assist with related database and customer relationship management tasks
- Execute related administrative and financial tasks
- Perform game day functions as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors degree required. Preference will be given to those applicants with sales experience and a proven ability to work independently to generate additional business from current accounts and new business
- Computer proficiency
- Due to the nature of the Pirates' sales activities/demands, weekend and evening hours are required, including all Pirates' home games
Compensation/Other Benefits
- Account Executives will be compensated with a base salary and an aggressive
commission plan. A competitive benefits plan is also provided, including
Medical, Dental, Simple IRA and paid vacation.
