Three plans available as the Pirates return to Cumberland County Civic Center

Portland, ME – The Portland Pirates announced today that Season Tickets for the 2014-2015 season are now on sale. Pirates fans can experience the hard hitting, world class action of Pirates hockey as the Pirates return to the newly renovated, state of the art Cumberland County Civic Center, while enjoying great savings with exciting new benefits! The Pirates will offer three levels of season tickets for the upcoming season, including the new 5-On-The-Fly plan, the Salty’s 16 Plan, and the Captain’s Full Season ticket. The Pirates will be calling the Civic Center home for their 21st season, while the Civic Center will host American Hockey League games for the 36th year.

Premium seating (suites, loges and club seats) is available in addition to the Pirates season ticket packages through the Cumberland County Civic Center at theciviccenter.com.

Pirates season ticket holders enjoy valuable benefits including substantial savings off the box office price, flexible payment options, guaranteed seat location, the ability to purchase additional Pirates tickets at the Cumberland County Civic Center at a discounted rate, 2015 Calder Cup Playoff ticket privileges, and access to exclusive events with the team during the 2014-15 season.

The new 5-On-The-Fly includes 5 Pirates games in the same reserved seat – no waiting in line and a discount of 10% off box office prices! The 5-On-The-Fly plan includes a season ticket holder ID card that provides a 10% discount on all Official Pirates merchandise at the game and discounts to local restaurants and retailers.

Salty’s 16 plan includes all the benefits of the 5-On-The-Fly plan, plus a 15% discount on box offices prices for all seats as well as additional Pirates ticket purchases, and the ability to pay with a flexible payment plan! The Salty’s 16 plan also includes two complementary flex tickets for each Salty’s 16 seat purchased!

The Captain’s Full season ticket is the most compressive season ticket offered by the Pirates. Not only does it include the benefits of Salty’s 16 plan, but Captain’s Full season ticket holders can save up to 20% off box office prices. Captain’s Full Season ticket holders can also utilize the popular “Never A Wasted Ticket” program, where season ticket holders can exchange their unused tickets for future games. Starting with the 2014-15 season, Captain’s Full season ticket holders can lock in their 2015-16 season seats at the ’14-’15 prices and get the first round of 2015 Calder Cup Playoff tickets for free! Captain’s Full season tickets include a FREE Portland Pirates collector’s hat, available only to full season ticket holders, and 3 complementary flex tickets for every seat purchased - the best value to catch the Pirates as they return to the Cumberland County Civic Center!

The Cumberland County Civic Center recently completed a 33 million dollar renovation, which includes improvements to concessions, concourses, the addition of premium seating, and more.
