Evening with the Pirates
The Portland Pirates Foundation will be holding the 2010 Evening with the Pirates on Tuesday, February 17, 2010.
The 2010 Evening with the Pirates features a live and silent auctions, gaming
(for entertainment only), live music, plenty of grog from Pepsi and Gritty McDuff's
and grub from some of Portland's finest galleys. All of this has been a fundraising
effort to support a world-class medical facility, The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital
at Maine Medical Center.
In the ten years of this event
the Portland Pirates Foundation has raised over $245,000 for local charities and community
programs, including The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center.
We appreciate your help in making this event a great success over the last ten years.
Due to your support, the Portland Pirates Foundation and The Barbara Bush Children's
Hospital can continue to serve our community and those in need of care.
The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital, one of the country's leading children's
hospitals, is committed to enhancing the lives of children through excellence
